POP LA’s story actually started a few states away—in Jackson, Mississippi—when my friend and I launched a balloon installation business called Make it POP! during the whirlwind of 2020. What began as a “let’s see what happens” idea took off faster than we could have imagined, filling weekends with color, creativity, and celebrations we’ll never forget.
I’m Mallory, and after moving to Los Angeles and exploring a few different job fields, I just kept coming back to the joy of creating balloon moments. That same love for transforming spaces is back—this time with a new name and West Coast flair. From intimate gatherings to bold, show-stopping pieces, POP LA is here to bring your vision to life and inflate the vibe.
